Good: location, big windows w/ view of slopes / ski lifts, ski in location. Spacious, nice balcony. Nice fireplace.

Cons: Everything old. Smelled like cigarette smoke; can barely squeeze in common bathroom. The twin beds are not comfortable. Heating system loud. No full size sofa to lie down in front of nice fireplace.

The carpet needed vacuuming, the lighting in kitchen & living area is poor, the floor light in living room was broken, showers didn't work well, kitchen faucet didn't work well, the TV remote was broken. The bathrooms need updating. For $700 a night you expect much better. I would only recommend this property to an avid skier because the condition of the unit is substandard for the price.

I don't think this place has been updated since it was built! SUPER ran down. Table and chairs were literally falling apart. Wore shoes everywhere as I didn't know what else would be crawling on the carpet. Furniture outdated. No overhead lights (except a lamp or two). SUPER cold upstairs and boiling downstairs (in bedrooms).

Ski in Ski out if you DARE! SUPER icy! There is no easy way to the mountain. WAY overpriced!

Price should be based on last renovation, not how many people it sleeps! The 1/2 bedroom? Seriously? It's 2 twin beds with a curtain... LOL

My family enjoyed staying here. We will stay here again.

Wonderful location with easy access to Snow Summit. After skiing there’s a nice TV with access to Netflix, etc. However the WiFi is terrible so you’re unable to do any remote work beyond checking email, I spotted a very large rat was wondering between the kitchen, dining and living room areas our 3rd night (I tried to stomp, but I was too slow), and one of the toilets would run continuously after flushing unless you lifted the top off and manually forced down the rubber stopper inside.

Amazing! Great Location! Coffee pods/station need a bit of an upgrade. We made coffee with how much water it said and was dirty water, not coffee. But that did not put a snag into our trip. Place had everything we needed for a family of little ones.

We were in town for the weekend with our son who was running the Spartan Races. We could watch some of the races from the PERFECT balcony location at the base of Snow Summit! Place had everything we needed, a clean jacuzzi for after his runs and more. Highly recommend, we will be back.

We are repeat renters of this condo. Love the location, hot tub, view, decor, bedding, and more.

Mostly good but unit needs a hair dryer and we didn’t have shampoo and ran out of Kleenex. We have stayed in this unit multiple times and over all love it. Office staff was great and helpful.

Very nicely upgraded Snow Summit townhome. We loved playing cards at the large table with our multi-generation group. Great layout with the open space, fireplace seen from kitchen, and the fun view of skiers and snowboarders. Downstairs bath is large and very nice. Super well equipped kitchen! Hot tub was awesome. We will be back!

The rental staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The townhouse was perfect, the jacuzzi is amazing at the end of the day, and the view of Snow Summit is incredible. We can't wait to come back!
