We stayed in unit 51 and the location is wonderful being that you can walk to the ski lifts. When we arrived our unit did not have cable and WiFi as promised, there was a magnet on the refrigerator to contact the provider for technical support so we reached out directly. They stated that the equipment was working properly however there was a problem with the account and the owner would need to reach out directly. We called the front desk hoping they would assist us in fixing the problem and even though we were nice and the lady was horribly rude, told us there was nothing she could do but send maintenance (which obviously did nothing) and send an email to the HOA. After over 24 hours of no response we decided to reach back out and she bit our head off, nearly yelling, "I already told you yesterday I can't help you!". So we contacted VRBO and fortunately they got the true property manager on the phone who was very helpful and in under 2 hours the owner had called the provider and fixed the problem on their account.
Overall the unit was clean but extremely outdated. It does not have any extra sheets in the unit but it does have ample pillows. The dishwasher is all rusted inside, I'd recommend hand washing your dishes. Also, there are only coffee mugs, no cups so best to bring your own disposable cups.
As long as you don't mind the rude lady at the front it's an okay place to stay...
