The unit was in good condition and clean and we love the cabin feel. We had an issue with the dishwasher and brought to management's attention so hopefully that isn't an issue for future guests. No issues with any other appliance and the spa was wonderful. The location is exceptional and easy to walk to the slopes and not have to deal with parking (parking during busy days have been my biggest thorn at Big Bear during past visits when using non-walkable accommodations). The staff was receptive and friendly. We intend to stay at the Snow Summit Townhouses, and probably unit 47 if available, for future stays.

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. It had a great location in the complex with easy walk to the slopes. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights.

It would be very helpful if the kitchen had a small dishwasher-safe plastic cutting board. Also the knives are all very dull. Otherwise, all good.

This was our first time staying at a Snow Summit Townhouse. I wish I thought about staying here years ago. This is really the best location for lift access and parking. This unit is at the midpoint of the complex, but not too far from the Snow Summit entrance. The kitchen had everything thing we needed to prepare our meals. The best part was having a private jacuzzi. One minor issue was the upstairs being cooler than the downstairs. But that didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay.

The townhome was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed to cook with and live there like it was our own home. The Jacuzzi was amazing and very very clean. I loved sitting in the rocking chair and watching the snow fall. We will definitely be booking this townhome again. I did notice the coffee maker wasn't working properly, but no big deal.
